ABOUT US
President
Darius V. Hennington, Founder and President of DVH Development, was born, raised and currently resides in Chicago, Illinois. While growing up, Darius always desired to organize and operate his own business, even before understanding the true concept of entrepreneurship. Real estate became a passion of Darius upon graduating from Illinois State University, where he earned a bachelors degree in business administration and management. Darius is a investor, developer, licensed general contractor, realtor, certified court appointed receiver and brings a wealth of construction, project management and financial knowledge to ensure the company sustains a profitable and well-organized portfolio.
